Confirmation

Students in 7th grade learn about their faith with emphasis on: establishing or deepening their personal relationship with Jesus; church history and our creeds; the meaning of worship; learning about United Methodism. Starting in September, they do various activites and projects with a mentor, go on various field trips, like a youth mission trip over the summer and have a special service, and activites on an overnight at the church. Students who feel so led, declare their faith in worship the following October and, if they desire, are taken into membership of this congregation.
