Falling Whistles
Falling Whistles started with one man travelling to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and found he was in one of the world's deadliest wars. He met with children, mostly boys aged 5 to 7, and heard their stories aboutstanding in the front lines of war with only a whistle. "Through tears, a journal was written, and said 'With falling whistles, their only choice is to feign death, or face it.' This man decided to sell the whistles alongside the story. Buying a whistle supports the rehabilitation of war-affected kids. Wearing it gives you a chance to share their story. The world is changed by those who stand out, Whistleblowers. Their peers have used the term to insult, but history looks back and calls them courageous. Standing up when no one elsewill. Around the world the sound of the whistle means stop and pay attention. Speak up and say the same. "All that is needed for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."
