Elm Terrace Gardens

Elm Terrace Gardens

Founded in 1981 by members of the First Baptist Church of Lansdale, Elm Terrace Gardens is a not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community open to people of all faiths. While the site of Elm Terrace Gardens has had a long history in Lansdale healthcare, our community has been tastefully redesigned to be the perfect size for our residents.

By honoring our mission to serve older adults in a safe, caring, attractive, stimulating and spiritually nourishing environment, Elm Terrace Gardens has earned an excellent reputation.
As a non-profit organization, Elm Terrace Gardens is able to focus on the wants and needs of our residents first! Unlike a for-profit community with a dual responsibility to their residents and shareholders, we are able to focus on meeting the needs of our residents. In addition to our not-for-profit status, our conservative management and financial stability help ensure that the community continues to thrive and provide our services to area seniors for many years to come. We believe that providing our services in a mission driven and value centric environment attracts caring volunteers, employees and residents who share similar values. For over thirty years we have provided our services with a personal touch and we look forward to being a stable resource for the community in the future.
